Lagos State Government:
As the Chief Financial Officer of the State, our principal wrote a new financial strategy for the state. In the course of managing the increasing financial risk of the state, he created a multi-year debt issuance programme to ensure that the state has liquidity to meet its capital projects.
He also engaged multilateral institutions particularly with the World Bank in sourcing over US$600 million for the Lagos state government whilst reforming the governance institutions of the state. Some of the institutions that he put on ground in the state includes the debt management office, the office of the auditor general, and the Lagos state procurement agency in the course of implementing the DPO of the World Bank. And lastly, the establishment of the public private partnership office.

Phoenix partnered with a leading International investment bank in the purchase of the exposure  of a major Nigerian bank on the Dangote Refinery project.

Phoenix also worked with a major American Investment bank in buying the loan book of a top-tier Nigerian bank to create dollar liquidity worth over US$500 million.

Phoenix partnered with a leading investment bank in New York in the sale of the oil and gas assets for a top-tier Nigerian bank.
