About Us
Phoenix Global Capital Management Limited (PGCML), an asset management company situated on Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria, was established in 2022 with the goal of leading private-led economic progress. Our activities and the way we serve our clients are guided by our vision.
The company is established as a limited liability entity designed to capitalize on the lack of depth in the products offered in the industry and returns provided to customers who are willing to take on more risk but are not served with the right products to achieve the superior returns they desire.

Mr. Oluwole is an accomplished banker and former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Accounting and Master’s degree in International Banking and Finance from the Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, UK. He is also a fellow of the Chattered Institute of Bankers (UK/Nigeria).

Biodun is an experienced legal practitioner with experience spanning over 21 years. He worked as State Counsel to the Ministry of Justice, Benue State; as well as Counsel in the firms of J. Agbo-Madaki & Co., M. Bassey & Associates and K.O. Tinubu & Co, where he is currently the Managing Partner.

Mr. Oshilaja majored in International Business and Finance at New York University’s Stern School of Business, graduating with a B.Sc. degree in 1992.
He completed credit and executive management training programs at Bankers Trust Company, New York, becoming a Vice President in its International Merchant Banking Division,
